Job summary
2 x Learning and Development Administrator - £12.85 per hour, based at the learning and development centre Boucher Road Crescent, approx. 6 months, 36.25 hours per week.1x Organisational Development Administrator - £12.85 per hour, based at the learning and development centre Boucher Road Crescent but be willing to travel to Cookstown on occasion, 36.25 hours per week.
Qualifications/Experience:
> Hold a level 5 qualification* or above; and
> Have current membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD); and
> Have at least two years experience of working in Organisational Development/ Learning & Development context within a large, multi-site, multi-disciplinary organisation.
> OR:
> Hold or are working towards current membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD); and
> Have at least four years experience of working in Organisational Development/ Learning & Development context within a large, multi-site, multi-disciplinary organisation.
