Job summary
Fantastic opportunity available for an Administrator/ Tennant Liaison Officer to join our client who is a world leader in concessions, energy, and construction based in Leicester.As a Tenant Liaison Officer, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the essential link between our teams and the residents.
You will play a pivotal role in keeping residents informed at every stage of the works scheduled to take place in their homes. Your duties will encompass handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, as well as providing crucial support to vulnerable residents.
Requirements:
A valid CSCS card is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents and colleagues.
Proven ability to handle complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift.
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and support to vulnerable individuals.
Flexibility to travel between properties and work on-site full-time.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience in void refurbishment housing modernizations within the public sector.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Maximo, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications.
A proactive attitude towards teamwork and client satisfaction.
