Sales Process ManagerOur client are looking to recruit a Sales Process Manager to join their Sales Team

Role description:
* Reporting to the Sales Director this role will reinforce and back up all Sales processes and pricing management through the business.
* It will be involved in the tracking and movements of external sales staff and run the Brand Sales progress tracking process.
* Working closely with the Sales Director and Pricing Manager in all aspects of pricing, both application and strategy, keeping close to the market by working with the sales team to gather relevant data.
* Time spent out in customers with Business Development Managers being involved in setting up brand dealers and producing information to assist this process.
* Be a part of a busy Sales administration team and help others when needed with other processes that go through the desk.
* Work with the internal sales team to understand all of our clients processes, problems that arise and how they are solved, establish a firm knowledge of the customer base and build relationships across the department and customer base.
The Candidate should:
* Be extremely IT literate, particularly in MS Excel
* Be a positive and driven professional with a passion for sales and sales management
* Be flexible and willing to adapt and learn new processes and operate them
* Be a true team player
* Be keen to progress in a very busy environment and do what it takes to progress in a competitive department
* Ideally hold a Business degree or equivalent qualification
* Be excellent with numbers
* Be a great fast communicator both in writing and verbally
* Be passionate to train in and learn new skills particularly in and around the use of ways to manipulate data and numbers
In return for your hard work as a Sales Process Manager our client are offering

* Competitive basic salary of £35000, rising to £37500 after 12 months
* Performance Bonus, with OTE of £38000 in year 1 and OTE of £42500 after year 1..
