We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Customer Sales Advisor working for the RAC Call Centre based in the Stretford Area in Manchester. The RAC is one of the UKs biggest and most well-recognised companies operating in the Motoring industry. Their office in Manchester is ideally located for workers who commute by both public and private transport, thanks to its large, free on-site parking, as well as its proximity to both a bus stop and train station which has regular links to the City Centre
Role:
We are currently recruiting for the RAC for a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor to join their SME team. This role will see you dealing with small and medium sized business who are interested in RAC products and services. As first point of contact you speak to them about what RAC has to offer and set up a meeting with one of the sales team.
-Answering inbound calls and making outbound follow up calls
-Answering any customer questions and providing high levels of customer service
-Taking details of clients and processing information through internal systems
-Keeping the customer updated at all times
Requirements:
To work in the RAC SME department, we are ideally looking for applicants who have a solid background in customer services. Experience of working in Claims or Call Centre environments would be extremely useful, however, full training is provided, so if you dont have this but do have exception communication skills and a history of strong customer service experience, we would still welcome your application.
