We at Teaching Personnel are actively pursuing a potential candidate to fill a role as a Primary School Teacher in a Year 3 class, within the Abergavenny area. This individual should possess a determined and positive mindset, alongside having the drive to want to succeed and make an impact in pupils lives daily. This can be accomplished with a patient and empathetic approach to the classroom environment as well as working in unison with the teacher to plan and help facilitate their curriculum. To be a successful candidate you must have a proactive attitude in the classroom, be dedicated to the development and growth of the pupils daily as well as being able to adapt whilst prioritising the learning and wellbeing of every individual.
Responsibilities:
Prioritise the learning, development, health and well being of every pupil.
Establish and build upon relationships with the students, staff and parents.
Ensure the classroom environment is always that of a nurturing and safe space for the pupils.
Creatively implement the curriculum into lesson plans that engage but challenge the class.
Essential Criteria for a Primary School Teacher:
Possess a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are working toward it.
Child Only enhanced DBS on the update service.
Registered with the EWC.
Passionate and driven to make a difference.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
