Job summary
We are working with a well-established and client-focused financial advisory firm dedicated to providing exceptional financial planning and wealth management services. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking an experienced and highly organised IFA Administrator to join the support team. This position offers excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.Role and Responsibilities: As an IFA Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting financial advisors in their day-to-day operations.
* Managing client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Handling administrative tasks related to client accounts and transactions.
* Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
The business offer a fantastic work-life balance, where you will enjoy a 4 and a half day week, with an early finish at 12:30 pm on Fridays (all at full pay!).
