Job summary
A client of ours in the Tiptree area are recruiting an Financial Services Administrator to join their small yet friendly team 6. This is a full-time position working a 35 hour week Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.Working in a small yet friendly admin team of 3, your key duties in this Financial Services Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Handling telephone enquiries and responding in a professional manner.
Preparing and editing letters, reports and emails.
Diary management.
Professional email writing.
Supporting the team with administrative and clerical tasks.
Attending team training sessions.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Admin Experience within the financial services sector desirable
Highly organised
Excellent spoken and written skills.
Proficient within the Microsoft Packages
