Job summary

I am currently looking to secure a passionate and driven Sales Team Leader for my award-winning client who is a respected leader in their field of expertise. As a Team Leader, you'll guide our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences to individuals seeking financial advice on managing their debts.

Your responsibilities include day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development of the sales team, managing schedules, conducting motivational meetings, performance management, and fostering consumer engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead a dynamic team focused on achieving savings and helping people live better.

Prioritize daily tasks, organise workloads, and responsibilities.

Maintain high motivation to achieve targets and KPIs through incentives and creative performance initiatives.

Address underperformance promptly to optimize team performance.

Ensure a clear workload and target communication with team members.

Monitor calls for compliance and provide coaching and feedback as needed.

Track team and individual performance for improvements.

Engage with new and existing customers through creative communication.

Actively monitor and maximize team performance through floor walking and live listening.

Success in this role requires:

Experience in team leadership, a fundamental requirement.

Background in financial solutions preferred.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Motivation to exceed targets and KPIs.

Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
