Surveyor or Land Consultant Energy & infrastructureOur client is looking for an experienced individual who has strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge who will lead on the identification, negotiation, acquisition and development of energy projects across the UK.

They provide advice across all forms of energy including:
Anaerobic Digestion, Battery Energy Storage, Biomass, CHP, Demand Response, EV Charging, Energy from Waste, Hydro, Onshore Oil & Gas, Solar, Wind
Responsibilities
* Identifying Landowners, sites and infrastructure routes.
* Advising on opportunities and screening of potential development sites
* Grid connection advisory
* Feasibility studies and options appraisals.
* Stakeholder management
* Coordination of planning applications.
* Drafting and negotiating heads of terms, and option & lease agreements.
* Managing and coaching junior members of the team.
* Attending industry events & drafting press articles and publications to promote and develop business.
You
* Experience of advising and managing clients across multiple projects, with knowledge of renewables and the various technical and environmental constraints, and relevant landowner and developer negotiation experience.
* Excellent project management and people management skills.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal, strong leadership and line management skills are required.
* You will hold a full clean driving licence
