This is your opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of students while gaining invaluable experience in the field of education.Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Support individual students or small groups with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Assist in the planning and preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Supervise students during class, breaks, and other activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
Collaborate with other staff members and parents to support student learning and development.Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
