Job summary
Engineering Manager. OX29, Eynsham* Varied technical engineering position responsible for the design, test, manufacture and delivery of engineering projects.
* As Engineering Manager, you will manage a small team of Engineers to ensure technical solutions are delivered to help optimize the manufacturing process.
* The Engineering Manager will steer the direction and focus of the companys engineering and production resources to facilitate growth through continuous innovation in design and efficiency improvement.

This Engineering Manager job will suit:
* An experienced Engineering Manager with a proven record of developing products / systems within a technical engineering capacity. The company produce a range of metallic and composite components used across several sectors (Motorsport, Aerospace, Defence, Specialist Vehicles).
* Organised individual with strong project management skills. We need someone who can lead a small team and have a commercial mindset when it comes to making key decisions.
* Worked on projects or with products used in highly regulated environments Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Motorsport or similar. It will require a lot of diligence, quality procedures and compliance. Exposure to APQP, PPAP or ISO9001 / AS9001 would all be useful for this position.
* The role will manage a small team of engineers you will need leadership skills couple with excellent communication.
* Comfortable using a range of technical packages, such as SAP Business one as well as all CAD, CAE and PDM systems.
