Job summary
NRLs engineering client based in Dunfermline are looking for an E&I Project Manager, to join them on a permanent basis.About the role:
The E&I Project Manager is accountable for project timely delivery by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. Within the framework of company's values, policies, and contract commitments.
The E&I Project Manager will be responsible for all related scopes within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of the E&I project work scopes, including budget, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance.
Coordinating with the client and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
Serves as the project leader responsible for the safe and quality delivery of Engineering, Procurement, manufacturing, Commissioning and Start-up activities of the project, including the development project schedule, the implementation of the business processes, resource management and coordination, cost management and forecasting.
Managing project change orders and scope changes.
Managing project risks and developing mitigation
Holds financial responsibility for the management and projections for Engineering activities/deliverables, Procurement activities (material, equipment, and subcontractors), and Start-Up activities (material, equipment, subcontractors, deliverables, and cost performance) activities.
Delivers effective communication to all internal and external customers (Project Team, Stakeholders, Partners, Vendors, etc.), including reporting regarding performance metrics and progress.

Previous experience in Project Management
Possess in-depth knowledge of the E&I discipline.
Excellent understanding of oil and gas projects, including relevant equipment, operations, and services
Excellent understanding of design to manufacture
Experience in the delivery of electrical and instrumentation projects or deliverables within the Oil & Gas Industry
Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. This includes being able to clearly articulate the project vision, goals, and objectives, as well as provide regular updates on progress and any challenges.
