Inizio Engage is seeking highly motivated and results-driven graduates to join our team as a Vaccine Account Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in selling our client's vaccines into the UK market and providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
As a Vaccine Account Executive, you will manage outbound interactions with customers and enquiries from third parties, proactively promote our client's range of licensed products, and generate sales opportunities. You will work a Hybrid role from our Head Offices in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
Responsibilities include:
* Selling our range of vaccines to current and new customers
* Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers
* Handling queries and complaints, providing solutions and follow up to ensure resolution on a timely basis and to the satisfaction of the customer.
* Analysing and interpreting customer account data to determine level of customer service and proactively identify future customer needs
* Generating sales leads to be followed up by the Contact Centre or Field based sales teams as appropriate
* Coordinating communication with all stakeholders across the business to ensure all business leads or interests are dealt with effectively and efficiently in a timely manner
* Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with the current ABPI Code of Practice where relevant
Qualifications and skills required:
* Educated to graduate level in relevant life sciences or business/commercial course
* Confident IT user
* Evidence of good written and spoken English
* Demonstrable track record in achieving business related targets
* Positive customer service attitude
