Job summary
Recruitment Solutions are currently working with an industry leading business, who due to huge expansion they require a Finance Administrator on a permanent basisOur client has excellent transport links so this role would be ideal for anybody who drives or even if you use public transport.
Candidates must have experience in:
* Invoicing. Suuporting the team with invoicing to estimate, management of customer invoices internally. Must have knowledge of accounts payable / receiveable
* SAP User. Must have experience and be comfortable without supervision
* Estimates & Pricing. Covering the development of cost estimates / pricing and quotations for a range of private / public sector customers.
Other Responsibilities:
* Daily production reports: Process lines, outbound and out-turn reports
* Sales invoicing from SAP
* Management costsings
* General office admin
* Any other associated tasks
Working Days, hours & Salary:
* Monday - Friday
* 8am - 5pm
* £12.50 per hour
