Job summary
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a leading compressed air supplier.The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remote, covering East Midlands and Northants selling compressed air equipment and managing key accounts within the compressed air sector via distribution channels and OEM customers.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager must have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within the compressed air market such as compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, downstream equipment, nitrogen generators or similar compressed air related products / services.

£36,000-£48,000 depending on experience

Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role
Managing a number of key accounts compressed air distribution channels and OEM customers within compressors, vacuum pumps, dryers & filters and other similar pneumatic / compressed air related equipment in to various industries.
Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling compressed air products and services.
Maintaining new compressor sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
Working closely with the compressed air Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Fully remote, covering East Midlands and Northants with regular travel to the office near Peterborough.
Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements
Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar within the compressor industry.
Compressor Service Engineers looking to come off the tools and progress in to a sales roles would also be of interest.
Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable company.
A technical qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
Experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within the compressed air market such as compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, downstream equipment, nitrogen generators or similar compressed air related products / services.
Full clean driving license.
Knowledge of the Midlands territory within the compressed air market
