What youll be doing
Martin-Baker is the worlds leading manufacturer of ejection seats, helping to protect aircrew in the worlds most advanced military aircraft. Our mission is simple - to save aircrew lives.
Join us on this mission as a Production Planner in the Pyrotechnic department at our Chalgrove, Oxfordshire site. It is a fantastic opportunity where you will be responsible for undertaking the planning and monitoring of the progress of Chalgrove manufacturing and shipping activities in accordance with the Company Master Schedule and business needs.
You will have the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders and you will play an important part in ensuring the on-time delivery of customer orders, high production throughput and ensuring stock levels and work in progress is at the optimum level.
The role will involve a lot of on-going planning to ensure schedules are achieved across our Chalgrove manufacturing team.
We are developing and delivering a product that is the last line of defence for pilots. The engineering youll be delivering to customers is world leading, and it saves lives. We want to learn from you. Youll help us listen to customers; youll help them understand how they can best deploy our product, and youll be an expert voice who represents our business.

Characteristics & Skills

* Engineering Degree, Advanced Vocational Qualification ie BTEC Diploma / engineering or equivalent would be desirable.
