Adecco are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join a tight knit team as an School office administrator.

Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and responding to inquiries promptly.
Managing and maintaining office records, filing systems, and databases.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all calendars are up-to-date.
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and documents.
Assisting with financial processes, including billing, invoicing, and petty cash management.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an educational setting.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £23,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a range of benefits, including pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
