Are you a Support Services Coordinator looking for a new challenge? Our client, a rapidly growing IT company based in the south-east, are looking for a Support Services Coordinator to join their team of specialists. The role for the Support Services Coordinator will be to provide support to several internal teams.What the Support Services Coordinator has to offer:
Help design and implement processes and workflows for the Support Services team.
Support and schedule tickets, resources and tasks for the finance, service desk, & field teams.
Manage a small team, performing 1:1s & setting KPIs.
Provide general administration to all factions of the company, from diary management, minute taking in meetings, and data entry etc
Liaise with employees and customers for a forward-thinking approach.

Client-led, commercial administration knowledge and experience.
Experience with a busy workload.
