Supply Cover supervisor's required for work between 1-5 days in Wallingford, Oxfordshire
We're looking for committed Supply Cover Supervisors to join a secondary school in Wallingford, Oxfordshire starting ASAP.
As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere in the absence of regular teachers.
Duties of the role
Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans and activities across various subjects and year groups.
Managing classroom conduct and fostering a safe and conducive learning environment
Providing support to students with their educational journey and helping as required.
Collaborating with teaching staff and senior leadership to facilitate smooth transitions and effective communication.About you
Proven experience working in a classroom environment, preferably within the UK education system.
Excellent behavior management skills with the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
