Role Overview: As the Head of Operations (Scotland), you will report directly to the Joint Managing Director and be responsible for leading our Scottish operations. You will oversee operations in Troon and Windymains, ensuring the delivery of business targets and contributing to the strategic direction of the company.
What the day to day could look like:
Develop and execute the strategic plan to grow business operations in Scotland.
Lead and manage operations across multiple sites, driving efficiencies and standardization.
Ensure safety, health, environment, and quality standards are prioritized and maintained.
Lead, develop, and mentor site managers and teams to achieve operational excellence.
Drive the development of new products and oversee capital projects and investments.
Standardize business practices, implement lean practices, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Maximize the value of throughput across manufacturing and operating sites.

Are you who we're looking for?
You have a minimum of 5 years experience leading operations teams in a senior leadership role.
You also have a proven track record in heavy industry operations and manufacturing.
You possess a degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or relevant equivalent qualification.
