Position: Year 1 Class TeacherLocation: Lichfield
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time
Are you a qualified and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for teaching Year 1 pupils? We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class Teachers to join Aspire People to work in Lichfield, covering a Year 1 class.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT,NQT, PGCE)
* Experience teaching in Year 1 / Key Stage 1.
* A solid understanding of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
* The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
* Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress
