Job summary
Search are working with a privately owned high growth organisation who are looking for a high calibre FP&A analyst to join their commercial finance function. This business have been growing consistently YoY both organically and through acquisitions and hence growth in their team.You'll be working with talented individuals who are consistently their to support your learning and development. This role will also offer a great variety of work with the opportunity to do lend your self to other ad-hoc projects.
The perfect candidate will be qualified and have strong commercial finance experience, including modelling and dashboard creation. You'll be personable and able to liaise with non finance stakeholders on a daily basis. Business partnering is a key aspect of this role and therefore you must be able to convey complex information.
Responsibilities:
Production and consolidation of monthly analysis
Lead on annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Build key relationships with both non finance and finance stakeholders
Lead on KPI improvements and data managements
Create reports for external stakeholders
Lead on the analysis reporting for the senior leadership teamPerson:
Qualified Accountant
Experience of producing cashflow, balance sheet and P&L
Ability to manipulate large data sets
Experience working in a fats paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills
