Are You the Right Fit?
The employer is looking for someone who:
* Has at least 3 years of carpentry experience (preferred)
* Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Possesses previous spray shop experience with traditional joinery (preferred)
* Has a knack for working with air-assisted airless guns (training provided)
* Exhibits knowledge of wood products (helpful but not essential)
What will your role look like?
* Prepare surfaces meticulously by sanding, filing, and priming
* Mask off areas for precise paint application
* Select and apply appropriate paints using various tools
* Operate and maintain spray painting equipment, ensuring functionality
* Inspect and correct finishes to meet quality standards
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
* Keep the work area clean, organised, and comply with PPE requirements
