Job summary
Swanstaff Ltd are seeking diligent and skilled individuals to join our client as a Commercial Gardening, Landscaping, and Maintenance Labourer. This role involves assisting in various gardening, landscaping, and maintenance tasks within commercial organisations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creating and maintaining outdoor spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their workmanship.Job Role/Requirements
* CSCS (Green or above)
* Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of commercial outdoor spaces including gardens, lawns, and landscapes.
* Assisting with seasonal clean-up tasks including leaf removal, snow removal, and debris disposal.
* Performing routine maintenance tasks such as irrigation system checks, repairs, and adjustments.
* Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of commercial outdoor spaces including gardens, lawns, and landscapes.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
* High standards and strong attention to detail take pride in your work!
* You must thrive working in a fast-paced outdoor environment
* Physical health and the ability to do manual labor
* Complete site reports efficiently, communicating all corrective actions back to clients within agreed timescales.
* Experience facing clients and acting in an appropriate way to represent the business
Hours 05:30 14:00 (30 min unpaid lunch) (2 x 15min breaks paid)
