My client believes that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for our exceptional students.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
Provide one-on-one or group support, fostering a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
Assist with classroom activities, ensuring students' safety and well-being at all times.
Help students develop essential life skills, independence, and social interaction abilities.
Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other professionals involved in the students' education.

Requirements:

Genuine passion for working with special needs students and a patient, compassionate attitude.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred).
Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and different learning styles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and families.
Flexibility, adaptability, and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are advantageous.
