The settings we work with vary from Forest Schools, Day Nurseries and Children Centre's.We are looking for a passionate, caring and dedicated Early Years Lead to manage a pre-school room. This role is the perfect opportunity for a nursery nurse to develop and progress in their career in childcare. The role involves managing and evaluating the effectiveness of a pre-school room. This involves working with and managing a team of nursery nurses, ensuring the standard is to the highest standard. Having a great understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Statutory Framework is paramount to ensure that the effectiveness of the setting is to the most outstanding standard.
What are we looking for?
- At least level 3 qualified nursery nurse
- At least 2 years experience in a nursery setting
- Competent and great understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Caring, dedicated and passionate early years practitioner
- An indepth understanding of safeguarding
- Leadership and management qualities to manage a small team
