Role & Responsibilities:

To manage/train and encourage the Quality inspectors within the department
To comply with and enforce all Group and Site, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Ensure H&S risk assessments are conducted as appropriate and that all actions identified are completed in a timely manner
Maintain the calibration system for all measuring equipment
To report on the performance of the sites QHSE performance against agreed targets and objectives
Facilitate and communicate QHSE expectations throughout the plant

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Good understanding is TS19649, ISO9001, ISO 14001, REACH, H&S and customer specific requirements
Trained internal auditor
Competent in report writing
Problem solving skills using a structured approach and recognised tools
