Our client is one of the Worlds largest independent Brokers with over 100 offices across the UK, Europe and Globally
Due to continued expansion our client is looking for Experienced Insurance Account Executives to take over a book of Business and also develop New Business in addition to the existing Book
Overview of the position
To provide a quality service to clients in respect of renewal and new business insurance arrangements advising on, arranging, and securing appropriate cover for our clients demands and needs.
General responsibilities
Maintaining relationship, interaction and liaising with client on day-to-day basis Maintaining relationship, interaction and liaising with insurers on day-to-day basis Processing MTAs and administration
Ensuring all communications, documents, invoices are issued in a compliant way in line with company Policies & Procedures and full utilisation of Acturis
Updating records with any changes to client demands, needs, cover requirements, Fact Finds and underwriting information.
Production of initial draft Broking presentation for Broker.
Liaising with CD / Broker on broking strategy to be employed
Obtaining terms from holding insurers
Renewal Report production
Invoicing
Risk Register production
Policy wordings ensuring correct and suitable for client demands, needs and cover requirements
Person Specification
Cert CII Min rfequirement
Considerable experience in the insurance industry preferably with Corporate Client Servicing experience Target book size of £500,000 made up of larger cases
Strong working knowledge of the Acturis system
Extensive working knowledge of General Commercial Lines business and the Broking market
A can-do attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work to deadlines and multitask in order to get required work carried out
