Job summary
2020 Recruitment are working with a engineering client who are looking to add a HR Administrator to their team in Burntisland.This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will play a key role within the HR division supporting with all administration tasks.
To be considered for this role you must have a strong administration background and ideally some HR experience, but this is not essential.
The Role
As the HR Administrator you will be supporting the HR Department with all administration duties whilst ensuring that all GDPR and confidential standards are met.
Duties
As the HR Administrator your duties will include the following:
* Support employees with all policy and process queries.
* Act as the first point of contact for management queries.
* Help maintain positive employee relations across the site.
* Ensure HR systems are updated and maintained with the latest employee information and conduct monthly audit checks to ensure integrity of data.
* Provide relative information required for the successful processing of Payroll.
* Process employee absences and holidays.
* Support the maintenance of all training records.
* Provide month end reports.
* Carry out any other duties at the request of HR/Management team
Requirements
To be considered for the HR Administrator it is essential that you have the following skills & experience:
* A strong administration background
* Experience of working within a large team
* Strong IT capabilities including MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A good understanding of GDPR and working in a team environment where personal data is kept confidential, protected, and secure.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high degree of attention to detail.
* Positive and proactive working attitude
