Job summary
Customer Service ExecutiveMy client is a family owned online retailer based in Middleton. Due to continued growth the business is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive to join the business on a permanent basis.
The role will include:
* Responding to customer emails within a 24hour Service Level Agreement (SLA).
* Managing customers journeys, including resolving customer queries, delivery issues and order complaints quickly and effectively at every step.
* Managing returns, processing refunds, resolving claims & cases on Ebay, Amazon and Paypal.
* Deal with face-to-face customers who visit to purchase items & process payments.
* Answer phone calls from customers who have enquiries/wish to place orders. Also after purchase calls from customers who have technical questions or have a complaint.
* Liaise with warehouse and suppliers.
Successful candidates must have previous experience in a telephone based customer service role.
