3 Days working from home 2 Days office based.
Experience Preferably someone within the finance industry with at least 1 years collections experience.
Working for a Property Finance Lender within the Collections department based in the heart of Manchester, you will be responsible for ensuring loans are repaid in line with their exit strategy. The role of the Collections Support Agent is to work with borrowers to ensure their project is completed.
This means highlighting risk, building relationships and monitoring progress.
The role requires a highly resilient individual who can identify risks of non-payment and work with clients to reduce exposure.

Main Duties/Responsibilities for the Collections Agent:
* Assess the viability of customer exit strategies.
* Ensure accounts are managed to exit their loan in a timely manner.
* Management of borrowers loans to ensure payments are being maintained
* Track and maintain communication with the customer from 3 9 months via Inbound and outbound call /email handling.
* Consistently complete security assessment reviews and refer key / risk cases.
* Referral of accounts to Senior collections specialist at 9 months.
* Proactively manage recovery strategies with the customers
* Manage & escalate any risk to minimize any financial losses.
* Identify sales opportunities for conversion.
* Deliver a positive experience throughout the customer journey to ensure repeat business.
* Develop high quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Improve customer journey to promote Romas competitive market position.
