Responsibilities:
Design integration and migration strategies post-acquisition or rollout of new network infrastructure.
Assess existing network setups to identify gaps and areas for improvement, leading the team in conducting proof-of-concepts (POCs) as necessary.
Utilise advanced knowledge of network protocols including IP MPLS, PPPoE, IPoE, VOIP, SIP, IGMP, static IP, and others to optimize network performance.
Demonstrate proficiency in fiber network technology and GPON protocols, including equipment configurations.
Produce comprehensive GAP analysis reports and options papers based on the company's future network vision.
Requirements:
CCIE/CCNP or similar certification is required.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in network consultancy services.
In-depth knowledge of fiber network technology.
Proven experience in designing integration and migration strategies for network infrastructure.
Expertise in IP MPLS, PPPoE, IPoE, VOIP, SIP, IGMP, static IP, and other network protocols.
Ability to identify gaps in migration strategies and lead the team in conducting POCs to address them.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to write clear and concise GAP analysis reports and options papers.
Advanced understanding of GPON protocols and experience in GPON equipment configurations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting network issues.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
