Job title: Senior Psychotherapist / Wellbeing Co-Ordinator

Location: Kinsale School, Flintshire, Wales

Salary: £37,240- £47,880 (dependent on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am 5pm

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required plus right to work in the UK

We are looking for a Senior Psychotherapist / Wellbeing Coordinator who can work with individuals, internal and external stakeholders and take a lead role in managing and delivering clinical support to our pupils. Ensuring the safe management, supervision and directing of the clinical input to our pupils.

You will provide advice and guidance to pupils relating to their social & emotional wellbeing, therapeutic needs and access to education. Establishing productive working relationships with both pupils, carers and school staff. Acting as a role model to establish and maintain constructive relationships, exchanging information, facilitating support for pupils attendance and access to learning as well as home to school and community links.

All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and our pupils are heard, respected and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.

You will be responsible for providing leadership to the on-site clinicians, monitoring universal, enhanced and specialist services / assessments for young people in line with EHCPs / LAC Care Plans & commissioned services. You will line manage wellbeing and therapeutic professionals and monitor and measure the impact of services on our pupils.

Essential Criteria:

Professional qualification and professional registration e.g. BACP, HCPC, UKPC

Registration with appropriate Clinical bodies
