Registered Home Manager Overview:
On behalf of a reputable and well trusted provider, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a strong CQC registered manager / home manager / nursing home manager to support the opening on a branbd-new nursing home based in the Manchester area. This nursing home will be a state of the art service with modern facilities and technologies.
We are looking for a strong manager who can really drive the quality of this service whilst operating a steady business.
My client is well known for proving high quality care and for having high values.
Location of the Registered Home Manager role:
The office home can be accessible from Rochdale, Oldham, Middleton, Ramsbottom, Bury, Bolton, Preston, Accrington, Manchester, Huddersfield, Tameside, Denton, Hyde, Ashton and surrounding areas.
The Registered Home Manager Candidate
Ideally have CQC registered management or interim manager experience
5+ years of experience in a social care setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to social care and making a difference in the lives of others
The Registered Home Manager Package:
Salary up to £65,000

The Registered Home Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one Informal meeting to discuss the role.
Stage two Formal interview at the service.
