We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Staff Training Manager to join our Recruitment & Staff Development team at our new Head Office in Farnborough, UK.
To ensure success, the Training Manager should understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce.
Top candidates will be innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change.
Key responsibilities: Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers Design and deliver bespoke training in collaboration with heads of department Draw an overall or individualised training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations Deploy a wide variety of training methods Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices Requirements Proven work experience as a Training Manager Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) Track record in designing and executing successful training programs Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills Good computer skills Strong organisational and time management skills Great attention to detail Short periods of travelling may be required for training courses not in the UK Benefits Strong values and company identity with a real passion for employee and member satisfaction Competitive salary Company pension scheme Free gym membership Wellness programme including online GP service and 24/7 employee wellness helpline Private healthcare Free monthly cinema ticket Access to perk system with 100s of discounts 'Gift Box' on your birthday
