We are excited to offer an ongoing role as a Day Shift Support Worker to support the team in an integral role within a small bungalow located in Mapperley Nottingham. Responsibilities:
* Provide compassionate support during shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of our family members.
* Assist with routines, including personal care, support with tasks like washing, dressing, taking medication and preparing meals.
* Providing a person-centred approach, fully embracing person-centred care planning and empowering must be at the heart of the delivery of your care.
* Conduct regular checks on residents and promptly respond to any needs or emergencies.
* Collaborate with the care team to maintain accurate documentation of observations and activities.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Support Worker.
* Experience working with individuals with complex needs.
* Compassionate and person-centered approach to care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to various care needs.
* Relevant care qualifications are desirable.
