An exciting opportunity awaits for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers at a care provider to Adults living with Learning Disabilities in Alfreton. If you have a passion for providing exceptional care, are experienced in night shifts, and have a background in working with adults presenting challenging behaviors, we invite you to apply for the following position:

Position: Night Shift Support Worker
Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
Shifts: 10pm - 7am Night Shifts

About The Service: This care provider is part of a national service and this particular care home is a purpose-built home designed to provide high-quality care for individuals with complex needs. Nestled in Alfreton it offers a supportive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

* Provide compassionate support during night shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

* Assist with nightly routines, including personal care, mobility, and administering medication as required.

* Conduct regular checks on residents and promptly respond to any needs or emergencies.

* Collaborate with the care team to maintain accurate documentation of observations and activities.

* Utilise your experience in working with adults presenting challenging behaviors to provide effective support.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Support Worker, particularly in night shifts.

* Experience working with adults presenting challenging behaviors.

* Compassionate and person-centered approach to care.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to various care needs.

* Relevant care qualifications are desirable.
