Shop App ManagerSalary - £ Competitive day rate and bonus scheme
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Shop App Manager to join our client, a large global brand based in Chertsey.
In this role you will be responsible for the development of the strategy for our clients Shop Mobile App; bringing to life a distinct, ownable value proposition that both acquires new customers and grows LTV from our existing users.
Shop App Manager Responsibilities
Monitor key competitor App developments; benchmarking vs our own Shop App proposition
Identify and bring to market new propositions, services and experiences through the Shop App
Develop and implement our clients Shop App Commercial strategy and Promotional Calendar
Achieve and exceed commercial critical metrics, to both acquire and retain App users
Monitor key competitor developments and conduct regular benchmarking of our clients Shop App proposition to identify points of difference and improvement opportunities
Build a deep understanding of consumer needs that the App can meet (both new to DTC, and DTC existing customers)
Monitor customer feedback on the Shop App, through combining App Store reviews, NPS insight and Analytics data
Work with our central DTC Data & Insights team to clearly articulate the impact of the Shop App on increasing Customer Lifetime Value and Purchase Frequency across both our MX and CE Categories
Conduct relevant research and analysis to develop ideas into clearly defined concepts that are supported by robust cases
Collaborate with PMO, Regional and Global App Taskforce teams to prioritise planning and delivery of new initiatives; identify ways to rapidly bring new concepts to market through test & learn
Track and monitor performance through implementation to benefits realisation
Shop App Manager Key competencies
Extensive commercial/e-commerce experience
Demonstrable experience in taking new Apps to market and growing an engaged user base
Experience in App proposition development and case development
Experience in managing agencies and leading cross-functional teams
You will have strong strategic, analytical and commercial competence
