Our client is a fast paced recruitment company who are looking to expand in their Watford location. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a senior recruitment administrator who can work alongside the Managing Director and existing team to help grow the company. They are looking for someone who is target driven and has the self motivation to be able to deliver results and to help them grow, but also have the organisational skills to manage the daily administrative duties and day-to-day running of the office as well as wanting to lead a team.
They are looking for someone who has had some previous experience in administration or customer facing roles and ideally experience in recruitment to join their fun, bubbly office, however this is not needed to be successful as candidates will be given training by other recruitment administrators and managers across the network of offices they are a part of.
The Senior Recruitment Administrator must have:
A fun and outgoing personality
The ability to deal with a diverse group of people
Great organisational skills
The ability to use their own initiative within a varied role
Excellent telephone manner
An eye for detail and accuracy
Drive to hit targets - as this will be a must
Excellent MS Office skills
Ideally recruitment, sales or telesales experience, however some customer facing experience will be needed, this can be from retail, hospitality or call centre experienceThe role involves but may not be limited to:
Managing recruitment for the office via phone, email and face to face
Various associated administration tasks
Data entry and sales processing so being competent in Excel is a requirement
General PA duties for the Managing DirectorPlease note, this role will be mostly recruitment and is ideal for a candidate looking for an internal recruiter position. Location: Watford City Centre (you must be able to commute here on a daily basis as this is an office based opportunity
