Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing) / Norwich/ Permanent -salary £26,300 per annumPosition 1 Recruitment are looking for Customer Service Representative to join our client, manufacturing site based in Norwich. Our client is a reputable producer of a bespoke product, due to the ongoing growth, they are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team.
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the management of the daily order-to-cash process with the customer. Key activities are customer data processing, order entry and management, deliveries handling inbound customer inquiries and coordination with supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
* Manages order process in SAP and handles all communication with customers about orders, deliveries, and invoices.
* Coordinates with Supply Chain and Production on planning to make sure orders are delivered on time.
* Responsible for updating prices in SAP.
* Increase customer satisfaction by creating and maintaining positive customer relationships.
* Provides accurate demand planning forecast to support optimized production planning.
* Actively supports customer creation process: collecting required information and making the request to the master data department.
* Overview of all overdues and status this may depend by country whether this is handled by customer service or accounting department.
* Set up and maintenance of customer data and profiles including product item creation.
* Handling of invoice queries, supporting central AR department and ensuring no overdue payments.
* Maintenance of customer specific stocks, ensuring theyre all within their commercial terms.
The successful candidate will have a previous experience in customer service or customer facing role ideally within manufacturing site. Strong knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system(s) would be desirable. Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word etc. Demonstrated ability to develop and work in a team culture with other internal departments including but not limited to supply chain, quality, and finance.

This is a full-time (40hrs per week), permanent position offering a basic salary of £26,300
