During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Liaising with external customer base and taking a lead role in managing accounts Ensuring that customers receive the best service possible in processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with other functions as required.
Acting as a customer contact regarding order issues, scheduling, and shipping.
Communicating with staff from other areas in the organization such as sales, finance, engineering, warehouse, or logistics to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints and queries Creating detailed analytical reports on various Customer trends for Global audiences Assisting Customer Order Management departmental goals and initiatives to become a more proactive customer support organization: develop, document and enhance standard sales administrative practices, manufacturing communication and order throughput processes.
To be successful in this role you will need the following: Working towards a degree in Business or related area Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint Dynamic, strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, relationship building, conflict management.
