Job summary
Are you looking to make extra money with your free time with the opportunity to learn Property industry skills to enable you to work for any estate/ lettings agency around London?This role is ideally for those who are looking for a temporary role but in some cases you could be placed in an estate agency for a permanent role. Estate/ lettings agency pay us hourly or contractually to give them trained lettings negotiators in their local area to perform the following:
Key Duties:
Advertise rental properties on the behalf of the estate agents.
Qualify and register applicants on the behalf of estate agent.
Book viewings on the behalf of the estate agents.
Conduct property viewings.
Gain industry knowledge through a well-supported training system.
Assist in creating groups for house sharing
Providing feedback for Landlords and Estate Agencies
Negotiating and Completing offers made by applicants
You can be asked to visit the office for these roles or even be able to work from home.
Person Specification:
You will need to have sales/Customer service experience
Experience in the Property industry (Lettings and Sales) is a positive not a must, training given
Availability to do viewings outside of the 9-5 day and weekends
Well presented, friendly and an ability to articulate oneself in a professional manner
A get up and go attitude with a determination to see the process through to the end
You will be highly organized and have the ability to work to your own initiative
New negotiators receive £15 an hour to start with and negotiators with proven lettings experience receive £25 an hour.
Good hourly pays with an excellent commission Structure and residual income to be earned.
