Warehouse Fresh Milk Operative, Hatfield Join our Warehouse team as an Operative, and youll contribute to a high level service delivery to our major UK retailers.All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.
About the job As our new Warehouse Operator at Hatfield, it will be your responsibility to ensure that our products can be accurately picked & despatched to our customers on time.
You will be part of a high-performance team both delivering and supporting other functions to meet challenging team and personal goals.
You will primarily be expected to: Work in a chilled environment (1-4 degrees) Unloading & Loading Vehicles.
Order Picking.
Stock Movement and stock Rotation in the fridge.
Handling Tetra from 250kg up to 500kg Perform various warehouse task.
Maintain our 5s standard, whilst working to strict Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards Its a fast-paced site and the role will involve working on a 5 on 3 off shift basis, 10 hour shifts.
Who are you? A Candidate who can work in a chilled environment (1-4 degrees) A motivated team player, who can work on their own initiative and knows about supply chain processes and sticking to health and safety rules Its vital you can understand and read all signage, and are able to communicate well as out sites run on teamwork Youre as serious about quality as we are and ready to work hard to achieve it Youll be a strong performer with a good attendance record and a willingness to learn further skills If this sounds like you, you could be just what we are looking for to help drive and deliver our ambitious growth agenda.
