Prince Personnel are proud to be recruiting for a successful and forward-thinking retail & distribution business who due to grow their business in foreign markets. The role is to work as a Data and Market Analyst, reporting into the International Business Manager. Working on some exciting new projects with some large expansion plans, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organisation with a commitment to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Market and competitor Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, and document consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and the overall industry landscape.

* Gather and analyse business requirements: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.

* Identify and analyse data: Utilise data analysis tools and techniques to gain insights into business operations and inform decision-making. Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

* Evaluate and prioritise opportunities: Analyse new potential market opportunities, presenting your findings and recommendations to managers as they make the company even more successful.

* Document and communicate requirements: Your analysis will improve the business and create lasting change in the company.

* Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns and products within different markets, giving data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence roles.

* Great problem solver and inquisitive mind. Someone who can understand a problem, break it down and use logic, data and research to present the facts.

* Very good grasp of Excel - Other programs like Tableau/Power BI would be a plus but not essential.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate problems as they arise and convey complex findings clearly and concisely.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* The ideal candidate will have a passion for analysing data, a talent for interpreting market characteristics and an interest in contributing to informed business strategies.

* Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be essential as the business launches into Europe in 2024.
