We are looking for Account Managers. Senior Account Managers and an Account Director for our client based in the Midlands area. They have recently gained some significant long term accounts to the business and are looking for additional personnel to cover this increase in business and turn over. This is a well establised business with a healthy order book of exisiting clients across a range of disciplines.
The roles are available at a range of levels and candidates must have some experience in a relative industry especially for more senior positions, these would include; Point of Sale, Point of Purchase, Retail Design, Retail Interiors, Shopfitting, Fit Out, Interiors, Display Design etc.
The role:
* Continuously endeavour to maintain the highest levels of service levels to the client at all time, go 'above and beyond' to meet and exceed their expectations of you.
* Face to face client meetings are required which may be on site or with the client.
* Managing day to day management of the account as their key point of contact.
* Ensure precise and clear project work is passed on to colleagues and the wider team
* Produce cost project anaylysis for more complecated projects and work closely with internatl colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the account.
* Spot opportunities to convert accounts into potential further sales.
Skills Needed:
* A passion for delivering best in class customer service
* Previous experience within the Point Of Sale and retail Display industry preferred.
* Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
* Strong computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office along with excellent organisation, communication and presentation skills.
* A good understanding of the retail sector trends and news
