Department: Commercial Radio Team ScotlandReporting to: Head of Business Support
The Bauer Media Scotland commercial team operate across Scotland with teams in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, Ayrshire and The Borders working with a wide range of local businesses. The Business Support team aims to provide vital support services in order to maximise performance and help deliver the best possible service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
Build, update and maintain CRM data and process
Update revenue bookings and reports
Prepare sales presentations
Plan client campaigns
Manage and monitor inventory, liaising with scheduling team
Assist with credit control
Deal with client queries
Process sales leads
