Job summary
We are looking for a confident communicator who is courteous and professional, able to work and contribute within a small team, and possessing an eye for attention to detail. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will become an integral part of our clients team.Responsibilities:
* Receiving and processing customer orders onto our Sage.(trianing will be provided)
* Daily invoicing of previous days dispatches.
* Liaising with customers regarding their order progression.
* Liaising with Production on customer order lead times.
* General office duties.
* Covering for Dispatch Administrator using carriers/distribution companies software, preparing of necessary paperwork.
* Flexibility to cover others on holiday leave or similar.
* Working within a small efficient multi-functional team
On-the-job training given by experienced staff members on procedures and systems.
