Job summary
One of our Property Management clients based in Peterborough are looking for a Facilities Management Supervisor to join the FM team on a permanent basis.This role would report into the Facilities Manager but support with managing the facilities management team.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as facilities management experience. Also, an understanding of the responsibilities of a landlord is highly beneficial.
Some of the key duties include;
* Building relations with Maintenance Operatives (MO's) in the area.
* Continuous liaison between the operatives and contractors to ensure jobs are completed on time.
* Using the in-house system to process jobs.
* Obtaining quotes from contractors and allocating the jobs accordingly.
* Ensuring all documents and relevant certificates are issued once work is completed.
* Have a continuous awareness of all Health & Safety protocols.
This role would suit someone who has facilities management experience and has experience in managing people and performance. Solid administration and organisation skills are key and who also possesses keen attention to detail.

*Core office hours are between 10am and 4pm with the option to finish as early as 2.30pm on Fridays, as long as a 37.5 hour-week is completed.
