This sounds like a cliché but this really is such a lovely role selling beautiful wedding dresses and overseeing the stunning boutique which is situated on the outskirts of Oxford. The purchase of a wedding dress is such an emotional purchase and this position requires an emotionally mature, empathetic salesperson to assist on that journey. You do not necessarily need to be currently working in retail but you do need to be confident, empowering, creative and have an idea how to sell stunning designer dresses.
£28,000 basic plus £4,000 bonus (if targets are hit)
Working 5 days a week, including a late night and Saturdays
Responsibilities of the Assistant Bridal Sales Manager
* Overseeing and managing the boutique, driving forward wedding dress and accessories sales, following up leads and achieving all KPIs and revenue targets.
* Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service and managing all client relationships
* Positively managing and developing all employees, recruiting new staff, inducting new members, training and conducting staff appraisals.
* Overseeing and supporting with the stock ordering systems as well as keeping up the store standards in terms of the visual look and the window display etc
* Working with the Marketing Manager on key content for social media purposes, the website, sales campaigns and events
