Job summary

If so, Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Supply SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Provide Support: Offer dedicated support to students with special educational needs within mainstream classrooms and in special educational need schools.
Differentiated Instruction: Collaborate with teachers to implement differentiated instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Behavioural Support: Support students in managing their behaviour and implementing positive behaviour management strategies.
Individualised Care Plans: Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and contribute to the development of personalised learning strategies.
Inclusive Learning Environment: Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes the academic and social development of all students.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the care and education of students with SEN.
Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of student progress and activities, contributing to the overall assessment and reporting process.
Requirements:
Preferred experience in a SEN Background communication skills adaptable to different working environments have an Enhanced DBS or prepared to apply for oneIf you are enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs, we would love to hear from you.
